Wonderful home with a Split-Level style floor plan, centrally located making it easy to get anywhere you want to go. This home has the classic Sunriver flavor, including a stone fireplace (firewood is stored in the garage), vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, and a wall of windows. The big windows and skylights make the living area bright even on a wintery day. The upper level has an open, well-equipped Kitchen and Dining room. The home is nicely decorated with canvas prints of Oregon sceneries and other art throughout that make you want to explore the outdoors. Relax on the deck after a day of hiking or skiing in the close-by mountains, golfing, hanging out at the SHARC pool or floating down the Deschutes. While you are using the gas BBQ to grill your favorite foods or just soaking up some rays, use the sunny deck off the living room with seating for the whole family!

Upstairs Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small desk for remote work.

Downstairs Bedroom 1:
This bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin daybed, which can be used for sitting or sleeping

Downstairs Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. There is a small laptop work space.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

This home does not allow pets and no exceptions will be made.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
