About this apartment rental
Sunny apartment, 4th and top floor in historical listed building in front on the famous antic well (il pozzo) and 200 meters from the lake. Situated in one of the most prestigious streets in historical centre.
Cosy apartment, well equipped kitchen and appliances with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, whashing machine, and lounge with TV, sofa, table, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a folding bed available and a high chair for infants. The apartment has a free private underground parking space nearby.
The building does not have a lift.
There is a special room on the same floor where it is possible to hang towels, sailing / surfing suits to dry
In the immediate vicinity (around 200 meters) you will find the Palacongressi Exhibition Center which hosts international events throughout the year. Near the Palacongressi lies Fraglia Vela Riva where sailing courses are offered for children and adults. Also, just 2 minutes from the apartment you will find the port with boat mooring and ferry to reach many special and famous towns of Lake Garda such as Torbole, Limone, Malcesine, Garda, Peschiera, Desenzano and many others. The strategically located position of Riva del Garda allows one to enjoy many sports and activities such as sailing windsurfing, mountain and nature walks as well as cycling on one of the many mountain bike trails. The city of Trento is only 45kms away and hosts the new Muse Museum. In the winter the ski areas of San Valentino, Bondone , Folgaria and Madonna di Campiglio are only 30-45 mins drive away. The traditional Christmas markets in Arco, Trento Canale di Tenno and Rango di Bleggio can be easily reached by car.

After some previous stays outside Riva we decided this time to having an apartment in the center of Riva.
The contact we Lorenza was very easy and she was very responsive, too. The apartment was clean and nicely located. Everything we needed was available and there is also a small supermarket approx. 200 m from the apartment.
We could enjoy nice evenings in Riva without bothering with transportation etc.
