This lovely detached cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Pensilva and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.
Meadow Lea is a traditional detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Pensilva close to Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite, one twin and one child's bunk, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, a utility, a sitting room with dining area and woodburner and a snug. Outside there's ample off road parking, a lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and an external games room with table tennis. Meadow Lea is a welcoming family base. Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100, the details to pay this will be in your key collection information. Please Note - This property can only accept a Saturday Changeover.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating in en-suite and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Larder Fridge, separate fridge and separate 95 Litre chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso, Kenwood, Magimix Food Processor, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring your own beach towels. Cot, highchair and booster seat. Ample off-road parking. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and childrens swings. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop 8 mins walk. Note: There are steps, slopes and drops in the garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Sheep may be grazing in fields, if so, please keep dogs on a lead in the fields. Please note: the cottage contains feather pillows. Please note there are 17 steps up from the parking area to the house which unfortunately makes the house unsuitable for wheelchair users. Please note: Owners do not accept worker bookings.
