The Putaki Bay Villas are 2 designer houses built with relaxed family holidays (or a group of friends) in mind. With stunning views over fields and a vineyard, and access to the private Putaki Bay beach, this is the perfect spot to rest and relax after a busy day exploring the island!
The villas are architect-designed with top-end fixtures and fittings. Relaxed but stylish living is the plan! Entry is into a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Separated from this is a second living/media room, with a sofa bed and a TV with Netflix. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances including a Nespresso machine, and has a walk in pantry. Both living areas, as well as the front 2 bedrooms, open onto a spacious deck, with a large outdoor dining table, as well as lovely, comfy outdoor chairs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of superb Waiheke Island wine! The house faces north-east so gets great sun all day long.
To one side of the living room is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe, a TV and ensuite. Off the second living area are the 2 further bedrooms, the family bathroom and laundry area.
Ideally located, Putaki Bay Villas are on a beautiful estate, close to the Kennedy Point vehicle ferry, and a 5 minute drive from Oneroa Village, with its restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also very close to both the Kennedy Point and Goldie wineries. You can wander down through the property to Putaki Bay beach, which is tidal but a great swimming spot for 2 hours each side of high tide, and a great fishing and boat launching spot. A 5 minute drive away are the other famous Waiheke beaches, as well as a golf course, wineries and cafes. The estate comprises 11 acres so there is plenty of room for beach cricket, croquet or boules.
Note this property sleeps a maximum of 10 adults or 12 people if a family group with children.

Good stay,everything was was easily accessible. Well presented accommodation, only downside was the chipped crockery other than that we loved it. Will stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous property, well fitted out and all the essentials. Great to have two properties to spread across and be able to explore - perfect location it catching the car ferry as well.

We booked the two homes for a family weekend away and it could not have been a better weekend. Great location (to car Ferry, Matiatia ferry & Oneroa cafe's, restaurants etc) for everyone. Lovely valley vista with a peep of the harbour and made for a lovely walk to the beach. Too cold to swim & a little tidal timing required, but a lovely private location all the same.Outdoor space lent itself to a family game of Kubb and a delicious BBQ on the deck. The home is new, clean and well served with all the amenities & extra's you need for a weekend away.Many thanks to the team for your support to enable us to enjoy a special weekend together. Highly recommended.
