10 minutes walk to where we needed to be for a gig perfect.
Nice quiet location with parking which was a plus.
Bathroom a bit on the small side although the shower itself is quite adequate.

The studio contained everything we needed for a short stay. Good parking facilities and a short walk to Holmfirth town centre. Lovely view across the Holme valley and a well kept patio and outdoor area.

The studio flat was amazing. Everything we needed was provided and the attention to detail was fabulous. Wonderful views from the patio doors too. A little oasis of peace and quiet but only a short walk into Holmfirth. Loved our stay and will most definitely return.

Breakfast not included although there were cereals and milk for our use.
Our biggest complaint was the stone stairs round the back and down to the property. It was on a very awkward bend and difficult to manoevre. As a 77 and 79 year old couple we did not feel safe on these steps and only stayed one night instead of two partly due to this. We feel we should have been warned about this before booking.
