What an amazing holiday house in a fabulous location right on the beach. Cap Coz is an enchanting bay and sandbar. The scenery is stunning with calm water and gently sloping sand. Perfect for paddleboarding, kaying, windsurfing etc. It is peaceful chilled, with only a few restaurants but full of life; we loved watching the sailing school activities on the water. The house is extreemly clean and well equiped. You feel spoilt. The outside shower is brilliant even has hot water! The 4 double bedrooms all have a view of the sea. The upstairs bathroom downstairs shower room are top quality. This whole area of Finistere is full of local charm a beautiful coastline. It feels like a step back in time to laid back, low key tourism with the frills of modern life. Go now!

The house and location are wonderful and Joelle is an excellent host. So much is provided, even a telescope and an outdoor hot shower. All of us enjoyed the nearby restaurants and sports facilities and especially the beautiful walks. We will return.

The house is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning views across the bay of Cap Coz. It is spacious and has secure parking. The owner, Mme Le Floch was welcoming and very attentive. We are looking forward to being back next year.

The summer house of Joelle is located directly at the beach of Cap Coz. You see and fell the sea form every angle of this typical britanny house. The interiour is completly up-to-date and in very good condition. All discribed features are there and functioning.
We spend two weeks there in summer and were two families with a teenage boy each - and we will probably remember this days and the place for live. The boys were out on the sea every day stand-up-pedaling and parents were mostly profiting of the garden and beach. The hardest thing was leaving this lovely place in the end. We are looking forward to coming back one day.
