About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful pueblo-style house, just steps away from some of Sedona’s finest hiking/biking trails. This home will be your haven for a relaxed or active stay with expansive views from the living areas. A 30-day minimum stay is required.
(Some pictures are panoramic so you'll need to enlarge the pictures for better definition and correct size)
30-day rentals are not charged the local hotel tax, and the nightly fee is generally lower so even if you aren't able to stay the whole month, it might be a less expensive option.
From the front yard or living room, watch the sun setting over Chimney Rock and Capitol Butte, a.k.a. Thunder Mountain.
The private enclosed backyard with desert landscapes and wildlife is ideal for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. Relax in the backyard under the shady juniper tree. Propane barbecue with side burner allows you to cook your meal outdoors.
A 5-minute walk takes you to a concealed trailhead linking to Teacup, Sugarloaf Loop, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock Pass, and many other amazing trails.
The home is in a quiet W. Sedona neighborhood up a hill from Hwy89-A, under one mile from 4 grocery stores, galleries, restaurants and movie theaters, yet secluded enough to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of Red Rock country.
The 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home is spacious and functional. Large windows allow unblocked Red Rock and desert landscape views.
The living space has a fireplace to enjoy the warmth and sight of a juniper wood fire. 2 seating areas plus a functional desk with a 25' Dell monitor for your computer, perfect if you are working while in Sedona. Watch your favorite movies on a smart TV, and listen to your music via Bluetooth on the soundbar.
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped. A separate pantry offers ample space for your supplies. As cooking is important to us, we equipped the kitchen to be functional and efficient!
Laundry room includes laundry soap and washer/dryer
The en-suite Master bedroom has comfortable Tufts & Needles Twin beds that are made up as a king bed however can be separated into twins if required. Ample closets, dresser, and nightstand space. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Plenty of 100% cotton linens for your stay.
The Guest bedroom has a King-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Also ample closet and a dresser. The Guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom with a newly installed walk-in shower.
In the living room, a sofa bed allows for an extra guest.
The whole house is equipped with a water filter and a softening system.
On the lower level is a large double garage, partly occupied by our small SUV. You will still have plenty of room for your car.
The garage side door is actually the most convenient entry, equipped with smart-code locks.
At the top of the steps leading to the main floor, an ‘outdoor recreation map’ of Sedona shows you where you are (the bigger pin) and where the secluded trailhead is located (the smaller one).
Enjoy your stay!

We selected this house for the view, although only from the front yard, neighborhood and central location for golf and wine. But also for the backyard with a patio and lounge plus bbq for relaxing. Appreciated the blue patio umbrella for extra shade. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, bowls and glasses; storage containers, frying pans, well as spices and condiments. Check-in was easy with combination lock. The owner quickly responded to any inquiry, especially with Netflix. The house had very comfortable furniture and plenty of room to move around in. We used the walk-in shower in the guest bathroom because it was easier. The master had a tiled step up and then step down and the water pressure wasn’t as strong. But there was plenty of storage in each. We had a very comfortable stay here. I would highly recommend this house to rent.

Anna's home was a perfect place to stay in Sedona! The location, up a hill, with close, easy access to the red rocks, couldn't have been better! I enjoyed many sunset walks from the house that took me minutes to get to, since Sugarloaf was so close. Couldn't beat the views of sunrise light out the back and sunset glow out the front. Just witnessing the red rocks aglow in morning's light was a joy each morning! Her home was beautifully decorated in a lovely southwestern style, artfully done, and was well appointed with anything you could possibly need. We really appreciated all the environmentally friendly cleaning supplies available too, as well as soft, comfortable towels and sheets. Any questions or minor issues that needed addressing were promptly answered, even though the host was far away. We absolutely LOVED our stay in Anna's home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous place to land in Sedona. We stayed a month and wish we could have stayed even longer! The house was immaculately clean and incredibly well stocked with everything you would need for a month long stay. Spices, cookware, hiking guides, yoga mats, you name it. Anna was super helpful in sending information ahead of time, and responded quickly any time we had a question. The location was perfect - close to the trails so that you could go hiking without having to drive. But also close to 89 and grocery stores so getting what you need is also easy.
It was the perfect retreat. My only complaint was that we had to leave...

The moment I walked into Hike Haven I felt a calm rush through my body. It felt like home. What I loved was everything. The home was extremely quiet, cozy, comfortable with a backyard I sat in daily watching and listening to the birds. The bonus was being able to fill the bird feeders and baths and the abundance of them was so beautiful. I already reserved Hike Haven for next Summer. I would be there sooner if available.
