This is a Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Perfect for exploring Waco! Minutes from Magnolia Table restaurant/Downtown trolley, 5 minutes from the Silos & downtown Waco, walking distance to Baylor University/McLane Stadium, Common Grounds coffee shop & Heritage Creamery (as seen on Fixer Upper), 10 mins to Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo & lake Waco and 15 mins to BSR Cable/Surf Park & the world's longest lazy river. This unit is 900 square feet. Spacious living & dining areas. Free parking onsite.
This upstairs condo features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area that makes into a queen size bed and a full air mattress with linens and pack n play available, two full bathrooms with tub/shower and walk in closets for storing clothing and luggage. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in living room. Dining area with breakfast bar overlooking kitchen. Keurig coffee maker, assorted k-cup coffee and sugar and cream is included. Living area has Smart TV and wifi for entertainment. Dishes, pans, utensils & freshly laundered bedding & towels are included.
This unit is located just off the Baylor campus within walking distance of campus/McLane stadium, blocks from I-35 and only minutes away from Magnolia Table Restaurant & Silos. This unit is located in a small condo complex of 14 units. The units are owned/rented primarily by graduate students, young professionals or visitors to Waco/Baylor. There is a great coffee shop (as seen on Fixer Upper) called Common Grounds Coffee, an artisan ice cream store (Heritage Creamery) and various restaurants nearby including Magnolia Table. Cameron Park and the Cameron Park Zoo are a 10-15 minute drive from this unit. Some of our favorite restaurants/places to visit include: Hecho en Waco, Ninfas, Chuy's, Diamondback's, George's, Sascee's Southern Eatery, Cafe Homestead, Te'jun the Texas Cajun, Dichotomy Coffee and Spirits, Viteks BBQ, The Backyard for live music and outdoor dining, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, a city tour or Fixer Upper tour with Waco Tours, Cameron park Zoo, tailgating in touchdown alley at McLane stadium, the Mayborn Museum, the BSR Cable Park featuring the Royal Flush waterslide, the world's longest lazy river and new surf park, shopping at Spice Village, the Findery and of course the Silos & the Silo Baking Company!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean! Close to everything. We had an issue with the air conditioning. The host was very responsive and problem was fixed.

This is a cute little apartment. The beds were pretty comfy. The location was close to Magnolia. The price was excellent. I would stay here again.

Our stay was fine. Some lodgers might be offput by the outward appearance of the building where Kenya's place is, but it's clean and cozy inside. She has most everything you'll want for a short stay. She stocks the place with plenty of coffee, tea and snacks, and there were even a few cold IPAs in the fridge. (We're environmentalists, so we're not big fans of the Keurig coffee pod system in the place, but Common Grounds coffee is about 10 minute walk away, so we just went that route.)
