The house is located at the entrance to the Istrian village of St. Kirin. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday here in peace, or observe the hustle and bustle of nearby Pula (15 km). Here you will find numerous cozy restaurants, beautiful terraces and impressive historical monuments.
The large lawn around the house is completely fenced, so children can play carefree. There is also a swimming pool in the garden where you can cool off on hot summer days. The owner lives in the neighboring house and parking is available.
