About this villa rental
Charming independent 70s house with private garden just 2 minutes by car from Bormio and 5 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel and Bagni Nuovi spa.
Ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a holiday of nature and relaxation and for lovers of two wheels (racing and mountain bikes) given the immediate proximity to the climb of the Stelvio Pass and the Cancano dikes .
The house is surrounded by a private garden in grass where you can relax on the comfortable deck chairs made available to you during the warmer seasons and take advantage of the barbecue for grilling meat or fish outdoors, with your family or friends.
At guests' disposal there is a garage / laundry room which can be used as a ski and boot deposit during the winter season and bicycle storage during the other seasons. Inside the box there is also a water barrel to be used for washing bicycles.

The villa "Il Grillo" is in fact a 5-minute walk from the Bagni Nuovi spa and the La Pliniana promenade and a 2-minute drive from the Pozza di Leonardo (a natural pool of outdoor thermal water accessible free of charge day and night ) and the Bagni Vecchi spa.
The house is also located at the foot of the climb of the Stelvio Pass and the Cancano dikes.
The indicated price is inclusive of final cleaning, hot water, heating, electricity and bed linen and towels.
TOURIST TAX: the tourist tax to be paid on the spot is excluded from the total amount. The cost is € 1.00 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days, minors under the age of 18 are exempt.

I stayed there with my son. The main goal was to cycle the Stelvio. The location of the house if perfect for this. And the house has a good option to store the bikes safely. Contact with the owner was perfect. She did give us useful information about restaurants, the mountains etc. Due to the weather we could not fully climb the Stelvio. But we managed to cycle the Mortirolo and the Gavia. So we had a great week in a lovely accomodation.

Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen. Je mag er alles aan vragen! Prachtige streek, mooi huisje. De badkamer (douche), is wel dringend aan renovatie toe. 60x60 met een gordijn is echt te klein om u deftig te kunnen douchen. Huisje is ideaal voor met 4 personen.
Ligt langs een redelijk drukke weg, je moet wel alles met de wagen doen. Bormio dorpje ligt iets te ver om te voet te doen.
