Good location, everything we needed for our short stay, everything worked well as it should, staff very friendly and supplied the key code ahead of official check-in time which suited us
Always good to have WiFi,,, ostuni is not the easiest of places to drive in or find parking so having to call in to an office to check-in/pay then go the house might be inconvenient for some, we know the area, were in no hurry and didn't mind walking.

Localisation : Perfect localisation to visit the north and the south of Puliga in Italy.
Close to the apartment (5 minutes), there is a Despar (supermarket), which was very useful !! If you have a car like us, it can be complicated to find a parking place because there are a lot of cars but it was not so complicated to find a place because there are a lot of parking places in all the streets.
The agency was 2 minutes from the apartment and the staff was very welcoming. The agency will contact you via WhatsApp before your arrival.
Equipment : Microwave, coffee machine and hob meet expectations and are very useful. There is also a large fridge for holidays, which is perfect !
Soap was also available in the shower, which was very useful when you arrived.
Strong point: air conditioning during the summer + close to the historic center (5-10 minutes walk)
Weak point: few kitchen utensils (no corkscrew, large knife, no wooden spoon, only one small spoon, no round knife).
Also, one of the two pillows was not smooth because the wool was unevenly supplied.

The place was amazing, felt like a tiny house, with a nice living area and an amazing rooftop. The place was well designed and fun to live in. It was located 50m away from a lovely square and 10 from old town in a more calm and authentic area.
The house in built vertically so some stairs can be steep and you will need some flexibility to access the kitchen and the rooftop. Also some basic facilities/utensils were missing for the kitchen.
