White House is located exactly halfway between Florence and Pisa, which are respectively 40 km and 30 km away.
All the main tourist attractions in Tuscany are easily accessible from the main communication roads that are close to the White House.
Despite being immersed in the most characteristic Tuscan countryside, Casa Bianca is in fact only 3 km from the FI-PI-LI highway (Florence-Pisa-Livorno).
The cities of Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato and the Tuscan coast are all reachable within a radius of 1 hour by car.
Casa Bianca is therefore an ideal base for your excursions in Tuscany.
The town of Montopoli in Val d'Arno, where all services are found, is 1 km away (so it can also be reached on foot).
Numerous restaurants, where you can taste the most delicious specialties of typical Tuscan cuisine, are located in Montopoli as well as within a 5/10 minute drive.
The quality of the food and wine is truly exceptional and will ensure you a pleasant stay also from the food and wine point of view.
On days when you prefer it, Casa Bianca can be your perfect refuge where you can enjoy all the comforts: a comfortable and spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed (sleeps 2), 2 large bedrooms (each with private bathroom with shower), 3 bathrooms with shower (including 1 bathroom on the ground floor in the living room / kitchen + 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor), large panoramic veranda, with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills, equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and hammock (very comfortable).
Silence, privacy and tranquility are some of the characteristic qualities of the White House.
Despite being located just 1 km from the town of Montopoli and only 3 km from the FI-PI-LI highway, the house is already immersed in the countryside outside from the noisy noises and is therefore very quiet .... Your rest is your privacy are assured!
A large fully fenced garden (about 700 m2) surrounds Casa Bianca, making it an ideal place for your holidays with children and pets (who are welcome at no additional charge) who will be safe inside the property.
The private pool of Casa Bianca, with dimensions of 5 x 10 x h 1.20 / 1.45 meters, will allow you to cool off on hot summer days and rest under umbrellas on the comfortable sun loungers provided on the solarium pool.
The WI-FI service is included in the price and will allow you to surf the internet comfortably.
The TV-SAT is able to catch all the main European channels where you can possibly follow your favorite events on TV.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (2 air conditioners on the ground floor + 2 air conditioners on the 1st floor, one for each bedroom).

We thought of building the White House in order to make it accessible and usable even by people with motor disabilities:
The main gate allows you to easily reach the entrance of the house by car. Once the car is parked, the door is in fact only 2 meters away and the entire ground floor has been designed and built in such a way as to allow people with walking difficulties to live in peace.
The kitchen, the living room with WI-FI, TV-SAT and sofa-bed + wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower, the veranda and the garden are in fact all located on the ground floor.
From the garden, a tufa slide path, about 20 meters long, also allows access to the swimming pool making it also usable.
Although the area is rich in tourist attractions, Casa Bianca will know how to take care of you on the days when you want to rest.
During the periods of LOW and MID season we also rent for SHORT STAYS (minimum 2 nights) and weekends.
During the periods of LOW and MID season we apply advantageous promotions for those traveling as a couple (2 people only).
Final cleaning: € 130.00 to be paid in cash on arrival.
Baby bed on request: € 30.00 per week.
Air conditioning / Electric heating according to consumption: € 0.50 / KW.
Pets allowed free of charge by arrangement with the owners.
Deposit € 300.00 to be paid in cash on arrival and to be returned at the end of the stay, except for damage to the property.
Overnight stays are not permitted for a number of people greater than that stated in the booking.

It was my wife and I's 25th anniversary, and the host had a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived. We felt very touched!

Such a beautiful place, the outdoor areas were great and really well thought out. Inside was impeccably maintained and clean. Every detail was thought out. The area is convenient for day trips so location was lovely. Luca was incredibly helpful and responsive. Super nice man! What a great stay!

Pretty nice cottage in perfect location for visit of Pisa, Firence, Luca, Siena and San Gimignano!Train Station to Pisa and Firence within 10 mimutes drive.Luca war a fantastic and wonderful Host.We will definitly be back in case we return to Tuscany!

The hosts were very helpful. The house was roomy and had modern bathrooms and a very usable kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone.
