Detached villa on the coast of Salento 500 meters from the splendid basin of "Porto Pirrone", with shallow and sandy water, reachable on foot, as well as close to rocky cliffs overlooking the crystal clear sea.
The well-known places of Salento of Gallipoli (80 Km.), Porto Cesareo (45 Km.), Lecce (100km.), Otranto, Taranto (14 Km.) As well as typical towns like Grottaglie (the city of ceramics), Cisternino ( one of the hundred most beautiful villages in Italy), Ostuni (white city), Martina Franca, Alberobello (city of the trulli), Matera, the city of stones.
The accommodation
The villa is about 70 square meters inside and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), bathroom with shower, living room with dining area and fireplace. . Large built-in kitchen with oven, pantry and laundry. All rooms are equipped with modern ceiling fans.
From the kitchen there is access to an outdoor veranda equipped with a dining table and a living room from which you can admire a well-kept garden of 350 sqm. and reach the nearby brick barbecue.
You can also take advantage of a comfortable and private outdoor shower adjacent to the area of fruit trees.

La villetta è molto bella e tenuta bene e si trova in un luogo tranquillo. All'interno c'è tutto quello che serve e i proprietari ci hanno dato molti consigli sui luoghi e le spiagge da visitare, ristoranti, supermercati. Delle persone fantastiche, gentili e molto disponibili. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso con una fantastica doccia esterna . Le spiagge più vicine sono a circa 10-15 a piedi e con un'acqua splendida.

The house is well furnished an surrounded by a well designed and maintained garden. The house lies in a quiet area. The Location is perfect to go to the sea and to visit cities like Taranto, Mureta, Gallipolli and Lecce. The hosts are very nice and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.
