About this chalet rental
Chalet Teychenne is located at 1700 m above sea level, on the border of Les Collons. The large and spacious living room and dining room have access to the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view on the surrounding Alps and even on the Matterhorn. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the chalet is big enough for 10 people: ideal for several families, couples or a large group of friends.
The chalet is located 400 m from the ski slope, 6 km from a public swimming pool and 1 km from the centre. The ski area around Les Collons is part of the large ski area Les 4 Vallées.
Relax in the sauna and enjoy pleasant evenings at the large dining table with 10 chairs, a sofa, armchairs and side tables in the 750 m² garden. The house has 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace and one with a large smart TV.
Part of the costs to be paid on the spot are calculated per person, but with a minimum of 6 persons per week. Energy costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) are calculated separately based on consumption. All payments of additional costs and tourist tax etc have to be paid in cash in CHF no credit card payment possible.
Note: 1 dog on request, please state breed and height at the time of booking.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

On the 2nd floor: (Bedroom with bathroom(2x single bed, shower, washbasin, toilet), Bedroom with bathroom(2x single bed, shower, washbasin, toilet), Bedroom with bathroom(2x single bed, bath tub, washbasin, toilet), Bedroom with bathroom(double bed, bath tub, washbasin, toilet), Bedroom with bathroom(double bed, bath tub, washbasin, toilet))

These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
Service charges: CHF 7.85 /person/night
Deposit: CHF 1200.00 (On arrival, you must pay the security deposit in cash)
