About this house rental
Charming detached house, typical Istrian stone, decorated with exceptional details handmade, on two floors for 2 + 2 persons, only 150 m from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach, equipped, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Air-conditioned house, ideal for spending a family holiday with children in a special environment. The typical Istrian furniture (a large part made by hand) and the warmth of the house will make you seem to live in a fairy tale. The terrace shaded by a tree, and parking near the house. Pets are welcome.
Cozy cottage of 44 sqm on two floors, on the ground floor the built-in kitchen with two gas burners, microwave, fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower, dining room. The internal staircase leads upstairs in the double room from which you enter the room with the bunk beds. There are air conditioning, satellite TV, towels and linen.
The terrace in front of the house, equipped with garden furniture under the mighty lime tree, where you can spend moments of relaxation in the shade.
The house is located in Zambratija a small fishing village near Umag. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is perfect to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks of the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is great for coffee in the morning.
In the area there are various possibilities for sports, excellent fish restaurants, pizzerias, bars on the beach. It is possible to make several excursions for a fee by booking at Trevitours: boat trips, coach trips, trips to Venice, PN Brijuni, Pula.
In Umag there is a children's playground, aquarium, museum to visit. A few kilometers from Grissignana the city of artists, Motovun is known for the film festival, Hum is the smallest city in the world, Aqualandia (water park) and more.

* For pets supplement 10 € per day per animal payable locally on arrival.

I stayed at the house by my self with my Dog. It was just amazing. We were greatet by the travel agency and then by the owner of the house. They were both verry welcoming and verry nice people. I felt right at home. The house was just as welcoming. It is beautifully decorated and has such unique character. I loved every singel Minute there!

Sehr nettes Häuschen mit vielen liebevollen Details, alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige vorhanden. Für zwei Personen ein perfektes Nest zum Ausspannen. Nette Vermieterin und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Gerne wieder

Weg bis zum Strand ca. 3 Gehminuten. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt, wie auch Fischgeschäft und Eisdiele in der Nähe.
