About this chalet rental
This apartment obtained the 5 * classification by the prefecture and the Alpe d'Huez Label in July 2015. Provision of sheets, towels and linens and a sauna.

The high beds are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Fully equipped American kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, raclette, fondues and pierrade.
Well-being equipment: Sauna (realization November 2015)
Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Shoe dryer to dry your shoes in the evening and "heat" them in the morning before leaving on skis.

Geweldige week gehad in dit fijn ingerichte huis, alles was aanwezig. De locatie was perfect, bijna tot het huisje skiën en de weg oversteken en je kon je skies al aandoen. De supermarkt en bakker ook vlakbij. Enige minpunt was dat je niet goed met het raam open kon slapen..

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, centrally located apartment ticked every box for the nine of us staying at Chalet Georgie.
First location - For skiing the cross town bucket lifts are only 100 metres away which take you to the start of the pistes, alternatively ski's on 100 metres the other way for a short ski down to a lift. For food & drink, hotel Carabou bar and restaurant next door (No noise - don't worry) offer the best burger in resort - "The Carabou Burger". For apres ski - Bar Indiana and Smithys Tavern are one street above and below. Plus...the Sherpa supermarket only 50 metres away in case you forget the milk.
The accommodation - 5 star property with extra touches like slippers and toiletries, a sauna, smart TV & Wifi, Loads of glasses, plates etc, kettle, toaster. All your home comforts you could need. Plus free parking outside.
The owners, only live upstairs and provide excellent communication before and during your stay.
We would happily go back when visiting Alpe D'Huez.
Only negative would be the lounge area only seats approx 7 people, so would be a squeeze for 10. But this did not ruin the holiday and would not stop us coming back at all.
Probably one of the best ski apartments we've ever stayed in for location and facilities.
