Spacious and historic palace with 3 bedrooms and private garden.
This spacious and elegant apartment on 2 floors is located in a historic palace of 1400 called "Palazzo Ottolini" from the name of the Counts Ottolini, a noble family from Verona which in the sixteenth century acquired and renovated the imposing palace elected as their townhome. The building has two entrances: the main one is on the Square Ottolini and has a portal decorated with the emblem of the noble family, the other one is on Lungadige Panvinio that once lapped the river Adige.
The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room, a living room with bookshelf and TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area: on the left there is a double bedroom furnished with antique furniture, on the right a bedroom with 2 beds which leads to a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
Both, separated by a sliding door, are characterized by a beautiful view of the river Adige. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
The apartment has also a private garden which can be accessed by a separate entrance.
The central location of Dimora Ottolini, its furnishings and comforts, as air conditioning and wifi make this apartment the perfect place for your stay in Verona.

I booked this property for three nights as part of a longer holiday. The riverfront location and space were the biggest attractions, as was the gatden. The propery didn't disappoint. It's in a beautiful old block with period character (and creaks!) So don't expect all mod cons. That said, it was very comfortable. Parking was easy. I would recommend this property and stay here again

This is a very nice apartment. It is very spacious and located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet, but also very close to the old town. And the staff who provided us with the keys were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. However, the apartment does need a little love and attention. For example, the toilet seat was broken and one of the shower heads leaked water out the sides. And there seemed to be very little hot water - certainly not enough for the 3 of us to take showers one right after another.

The apartment is very dated and dingy, from the paint to the artwork. It feels like everything is secondhand. There isn’t a comfortable chair to sit in. The supplies in the kitchen are lacking: if you don’t drink coffee or wine good luck finding a glass. It is a large place and close to everything.
