About this chalet rental
Very neat and light flooded villa in peaceful location with views of the mountains and the green valley, sunny all year through, at 10 - 15 minutes from the beaches and the village of Pego.
The spacious villa is ideal for 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other one with 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, 1 full bath room, 1 sep. toilet, a beautiful lounge with dining area and fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. As well from the living room as from outside you can access the large, partially roofed terrace with most beautiful views, a great private pool and outdoor shower as well as a BBQ area.
The villa is equipped with Sat-TV, air conditioning in both bed rooms, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher. On the large, fenced plot there can be parked up to 2 vehicles.
The house also has solar panels, which is a great advantage and saves electricity. There is also charging for electric cars.
Monte Pego is a good starting point for plenty of activities. Visit the dunes beach of Oliva Nova or the fine sandy beach of Les Deveses.
The ancient village Pego, with several stores and supermarkets, is at only 10 minutes driving (7 km), Denia at 20 km. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Monte Pego is situated half way between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.

Mooie vakantiewoning, fijn privé zwembad, schoon. Airco alleen in de slaapkamers aanwezig. In de keuken niks gemist, van alle gemakken voorzien.
Ligging op een berg, zodat je wel elke keer eerst de berg af moet om verder te kunnen. In Pego makkelijk boodschappen doen bij Aldi of Supermarket. Wil je een strand met ligbedjes dan zul je iets verder moeten rijden. Mooie zandstranden.
leuke dorpen in de buurt maar wel eventjes rijden.
