About this apartment rental

Superb 2 bedroom duplex apartment of 55 m2 completely renovated and ideally located on the snowfront (Génépys building, 30 meters to access the slopes, 100 meters from the departure of runway schools, close to shops and restaurants). The apartment consists on the first level of an entrance with shoe rack, a living room with fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, dishwasher), new high-end convertible sofa (system rapido) size 160X200 with very great quality of sleeping, a room of water with toilet and basin. The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace overlooking the iconic Tignes Grande Motte.

The second level consists of a bedroom with two bunk beds (200X90) and two beds of 80x190 together in a bed of 160 but it is possible to separate.

The apartment is equipped with numerous cupboards and tidying up.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen tv as well as the bedroom.

Facilities: Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, fondue set, raclette grill, toaster, hair dryer.

All beds are equipped with duvets so think of duvet covers with the possibility otherwise to rent them at the concierge.

We do not live on the premises and the inventory of entry and exit is ensured by a concierge who also offers a service of hiring of sheets and towels if you wish and who will be your interlocutor during the stay.

The amount of the deposit is 1000 euros and must be paid by check when the inventory of places of entry. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure.

Rental minimum 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Tignes is one of the most famous ski resort in the world and we are glad to make you discover this wonderful place. Our flat of 55m2 is perfectly located on the front and at 30 meters of the flat. The flat is also located very close to the restaurants, the supermarket and the french skool of ski. The flat is a duplex that has been completely renovated.

The apartment has been furnished to a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (160X200).

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dish washer. The Grande Motte, the most famous ski slope of Tignes. On the same level, there is a room with toilet and a sink.

On the other level, there are two bunk beds (200X90), two beds of 80x190 that have been replaced this year and a beautiful family bath room with toilets.

The flat is equipped with juicer, nespresso, coffee maker, melted device, raclette machine, hair drayer, toaster

The two rooms are equipped with TV screen and WIFI

Duvets are furnished for each and every one of you.

Unfortunately we are not living at Tignes and the check in is by an agency.
The sheets and the towels are not furnished but you have the possibility to rent them for one week by the agency.

The amount of the deposit is 1000 euros and will be paid by the check. The return of the deposit will be done after the check out

Located just a few steps from many chairlifts and grocery store, restaurants, few shops. Clean and well equippedGreat for 2 adults, probably fits well a family if willing to share a bedroom Just note that the main bedroom is in half-basement but window is big enough so does not feel dark.

Bel appartement fonctionnel et très propre, à proximité des pistes et des commerce mais au calme. Le coin nuit est parfait avec sa grande salle bain et indépendant du séjour cuisine. La conciergerie ainsi que le propriétaire sont facilement joignables et sympathiques, je recommande sans problème. Manque un économe pour les pommes de terre,raclette oblige! Et un presse agrume😉

We love Val Claret and skiing in Tignes. This was our 3rd year to visit and first time staying at this apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family. The location and cleanliness were great. Our concierge, Teddy, was helpful at check in and throughout our stay and checkout. Our 9 year old twins slept in the bunk beds and we had the main sleeping bed. Be aware that the sleeping areas on the lower level are only separated by a curtain. Also, the main bed has a very firm mattress. The shower was excellent and we always had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. It was a nice layout for allowing the kids to go to bed and still be able to stay up without disturbing them. Wifi worked great. Only few negative comments, there was only one bin bag provided. We recycled a lot at the nearby bins outside the building but still needed one extra general rubbish bag as the container was small and we did a lot of cooking. Also, there were only two toilet rolls and zero kitchen towels. Would be helpful for concierge to remind renters to bring or buy toilet rolls, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. There was an occasional sewage smell and the walls were thin enough that you could hear noise from neighbours. Thankfully, they were not very noisy but this could be a problem if they were. Overall, we would recommend this place to others as the convenience and cleanliness of the place were to notch!

Great apartment, 4 adults skiing for a week, very well located close to the ski lifts with easy access either via a lift or a short walk. 5 min walk to plenty of restaurants for dinner. Small supermarket and ski hire shop behind the apartment accessed via a lift to the lower street level.
