About this house rental
THE HOUSE OF ELORAC: for 4 people, is oriented South with a garden and a terrace with trees and flowers, a pool of 6.10x3.70 m semi buried, two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom , a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.
Prices: Low season 455 €, medium season 580 €, high season 910 €
The charges
A supplement heating is to be envisaged between the 15 of October and the end of March approximately: 50 €
Final cleaning: 75 €
The options
The rental of bathroom linen per stay and per person: 10 €
For our friends the animals one supplement per animal: 60 €
The reservation
30% deposit on booking
The balance 30 days before the provision of the rented premises.
At the arrival
The deposit: 1500 € by check, 700 € in cash for foreigners who do not have a checkbook.
Settlement of charges and options.
The municipality applies a tourist tax to tourists who reside on their territory. This tax is collected by the renter and paid to the municipality. 0. 88 € per person and per day.
The farmhouse invites you to rest, it is ideally located in the countryside at the foot of the Alpilles, calm is assured. The interior is decorated with care, in the colors of Provence. Here everything is done for your rest.
For lovers of skiing, a fabulous skate park is 2 km from the rental. For hikers the Alpilles massif is a stone's throw away. An exceptional visit on the magnificent archaeological site of Glanum reveals an exemplary urbanism, a city with Greek and Latin influences, next to the Antiques but also St Paul de Mausole, the hotel of Sade, the cemetery of the Jews, the museum Estrine center of interpretation Van Gogh, the museum of the Alpilles, the Chapel St Roch, the Collegiate St Martin, the Chapel Notre Dame de Pitié.

Un séjour reposant.
La maison est facile à vivre, à proximité du centre tout en étant un peu en retrait, au calme.
Avec mes enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Maison au calme, bien équipée et propre, bien située pour différentes visites de la région. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires vraiment sympathiques. J'ai passé 14 belles jour avec mon chien, qui avait trouvé une amie - la chienne du voisin - tout de suite. Je recommande pleinement la maison.
