This is an excellent property with an outstanding location. Our only issues: I asked how many steps to access the property and was explicitly told "8-10." This was not accurate. There were 30. We would not have rented it we had known it was two flights up. (My wife, who has mobility issues, and I are in our 70s.) In addition: Because of a parked car, it was difficult to follow the directions to access the key. But the property is very nice.

The apartment was clean and spacious for three adults. It is very convenient to both the bus and train stations and is an easy walk from all the main attractions in Oxford City Center. Tim was easy to work with and helped accommodate us when a last minute issue arose for the apartment we had reserved. Very professional and rapidly addressed the issue. The only draw back of the flat is that it is located over a rather loud pub. For three adults, it was manageable as the noise died down after midnight but for children it would have been a major challenge.

Ideally located about 10 minutes walk from Westgate shops, quiet area so able to get a good nights sleep and everything as described. We will come back another time

The flat was located right in city centre and had a secure parking spot available. Host was helpful and made the stay a pleasure. Would highly recommend!
