Todo fue perfecto. El lugar siempre con limpieza impecable, tanto la habitacion como el baño que es de uso compartido. Los dueños muy amables y atentos.

A bit out of town, but that was not a problem. I got the kitchenette for a little extra and that was good. I asked for fans because there was no airco and it was very hot. They were supplied on arrival and that helped a lot.
We were on the Via Francigena, had walked a long way in the heat and all we wanted to do was to lie down and have a rest. After the hostess left, we unpacked and when I needed to use the bathroom, I discovered that we could not get out of the room. Hostess returned after 20 minutes and could not get in either. Repairman arrived about 30 minutes after that, couldn't fix the problem. I still had not been able to use the toilet... We were given the room next door, via an adjoining balcony, moved all our stuff and then the shutter in that room collapsed, so that was no good either! Repairman came back and at long last put a new lock in the original room, and we had to move all again. This whole process took well over 3 hours, maybe 4, and it was exhausting. We certainly did not get the rest that we so much needed. We then had to rush over to the shop before closing time.
