It had pretty much everything we needed, decent location, close to a beach, nice patio.
Everything was good! Expect still about a 20 minute walk with incline to the downtown area where everything is.

Location is great and the view from balcony is spectacular. Easy walk to Hvar town along the beautiful promenade. Spectacular beach a few steps away. Friendly hosts and we were able to leave our bags after check out.
There was a slight urine smell around the toilet area in the bathroom

Bit of a walk from town, one of the doors would not lock, no curtains.
