Hezké ubytování 2km od centra Zell Am See s výhledem na sjezdovky a lanovky. V zimě skvělé výchozí místo na lyžování v blízkosti lanovek (cca 150m). Malá ale velmi dobře vybavená kuchyňka, k dispozici kuchyňské kamna, mikrovlnná trouba, rychlovarná konvice i překapávač.
V blízkosti není de facto večer otevřená restaurace nebo kavárna. V případě více sněhu asi obtížnější dostupnost autem bez pohonu 4x4. Při plném obsazení a pobytu na týden trochu málo odkládacích prostor.

l'appartement compte une chambre et effectivement le living est la chambre. Les photos laisse penser qu'il y a une chambre separée mais ce n'est pas le cas. la table a manger, le canapé lit et le lit double se trouvent dans la meme piece
