Clean apartment with modern decor and great air-con.Very good location in modern part of Sperlonga with a short walk to the beach.It was great to have two sunbeds and a parasol on the local sandy beach included in the price.The rental company rep met us on arrival and gave us helpful information.
This description said 'The apartment has 2 bedrooms' but it is in fact a studio apartment with one main room separated into separate living/sleeping areas by flimsy room dividers. There is a very small kitchen with no worktop for food preparation and also a separate bathroom.Issues with the electricity meant that when the air-con and oven were on the power kept switching off. It was just about big enough for a family of 4.As the flat is in a converted basement of a house, there is little natural light and we could hear every sound from guests in the house above. There are clearly some issues with damp, but these were not a problem as we visited in the summer.

Even on the hottest days the apartment had a nice temperature, Aircon was very useful.
