Lynn's communication is phenomenal, she is a great host. The property is in a fantastic location with everything you need including a washing machine! Its family friendly, cosy, with a great little atmosphere. Our family unanimously voted to stay there again the next we visited Auckland.

It was quiet, close to where we wanted to go.

Able to pay by bank transfer to hold booking.
Stayed in winter and heating wasn't adequate. One little 2 bar electric heater but only one bar worked.

Enjoyed the bidet toilet Owner/ manager did give us extra towels at request Nice and quiet Beds nice and comfortable which is important
Probably needed some extra items For example hand towel in bathroom, dish brush in kitchen , clock needed new batteries Only one hot plate but managed to work with this as excellent hot plate
