This Countryhouse was an old barn in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, place full of charm and painted lanscapes. This barn (located in the edge of a small hamlet, the famous Via Francigena passes right in front of the house! ) where the farmer used to preserve the olives, grapes and storage the tractor has been completely renovated in a beautiful country house. All around there is a 100 square meters garden!
It is located along the Via Francigena on a hill, facing the enchanting Chianti landscape. You will enjoy among the rolling hills of Tuscany ....
Living space of 95 square meters, the garden around the house is around 100m sq
Just 5 minutes on foot from the house you'll find a family business that produces bio organic oil and wine: Syrah, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Malvasia.

Es ist wirklich wie vorab beschrieben ein tolles Häuschen, ausreichend eingerichtet ,sauber und gepflegt . Schade ist allerdings das es trotz mehrfachen Hinweisen hier keine Netze an den Fenstern gibt(Mücken ohne Ende die gern auch schon tagsüber angreifen) ,auch sollte man erwähnen das sich das Haus bei Hitze ordentlich aufheizt und dann am Abend drinnen 5 bis 10 °C mehr sind als draußen, es gibt bis auf ein Zimmer eben keine Zwischendecke. Es gibt In der näheren Umgebung auch nur ein normales kleines Schwimmbad, zum Meer muss man ab ca 70 Kilometer rechnen . Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es dafür um so mehr im Umkreis, auch viele Weinbauern mit leckeren Weinen mit Weinprobe. Das schlimmste sind eigentlich nur die Gastronomen(Schlitzohren) die einen gern schon mal abkassieren!! Das Haus sonst wirklich relativ ruhig gelegen, denn 30 Meter weit vom Haus verläuft die Straße mit einer sehr scharfen Kurve ,der Lärm ist aber definitiv erträglich und wenn die Bäume nicht wären hätte man eine tolle Aussicht da man relativ hochgelegen ist . Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und Hunden ,danke !

Maison pleine de charme, très authentique dans laquelle il ne manque rien et agrémentée d'un petit jardin très agréable. Très bon accueil. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. La maison est idéalement située dans les collines toscanes, entre vignes et oliviers, et à seulement une quarantaine de kilomètres de Florence et Sienne. La via Francigena se trouve en contre bas avec une vue splendide sur les collines, et des sentiers de randonnée arborés sont également accessibles près de la maison. Nombreux villages à visiter dans un périmètre d'une trentaine de kilomètres, San Gimignano (18 km) Volterra (33 km) Certaldo (8km) .... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au coeur de la Toscane où lles habitants sont accueillants. En été prévoir cependant les répulsifs anti moustiques.

geräumig und geschmackvoll umgebaute Scheune. Versteckte, schattige Lage mit Mücken, leider keine Mückengitterfenster (mit einer Ausnahme im großen Schlafzimmer). Moskitozelt zur Übernachtung empfehlenswert.
Wir haben 3 Stunden das Haus gesucht. Vermieter am besten auch um postalische Addresse (nicht nur Navigations-Koordinaten) bitten.... die hätte unser Navi sofort gefunden..

Übersichtlich und nett eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und sehr gute Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge zu den bekanntesten Zielen der Toskana. Schöner Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und abendlicher Beleuchtung durch Glühwürmchen.
