About this apartment rental
IAt 2 steps of the port, apartment of 68 m ² entirely air-conditioned with the decoration neat and sought, located on the 1st floor with ascenceur of a residence of standing. Large living / dining room with semi open kitchen fully equipped (LL, LV, MO). 1 bedroom with 1 bed / 2 pers. 1 room with 2 beds / 1 pers (90x200). Bathroom. Separate WC. Terrace of 17 m² with garden furniture overlooking the gardens (350 m²) of the residence. Linen provided and included in the price, except end of stay cleaning (70 €). Wi-Fi Internet access. Closed garage in the basement. Close to all amenities. In its bay, La Ciotat houses a regional marine park, a protected and regulated area, a real reserve that preserves the species and riches of the Gulf of Love. The Blue Workshop of Cap d'Aigle allows, thanks to guided tours and projections, to learn the beauties of the coast. The bay of La Ciotat extends from the Pointe de l'Aigle (the rocky peak overlooking the sea) to Saint Cyr sur Mer. This bay includes the green island off La Ciotat and many sandy beaches or rocks. Beautiful scenery, great heritage, festivals, charming villages. Provence is multiple, that of Bouches-du-Rhône is unique. The best thing about this apartment is the location, It is, quite literally, less than 3 minutes gentle stroll to the harbour with all the bars and restaurants you could want. The apartment itself is spacious and modern with a large balcony overlooking a very pleasantly planted area. Also, importantly, the parking is secure. It is in an underground lockable unit accessible by lift from the apartment. We found La Ciotat to be charming and interesting with many opportunities for a pleasant stroll around the streets behind the seafront. The town's maritime history is also apparent whilst walking around which gives added interest. There are also many beautiful walks to be had both to the two nearby calanques and also in the hills above the town. Mathilde and Arnoud were very welcoming and gave us a wealth of useful information to enhance our holiday and, all in all, we had a lovely stay in La Ciotat.

Fantastic apartment where we were received by very friendly host. Apartment is very clean, close to practically everything. And has a private parking... All withing walking distance.. If you search for a perfect stay in the south if France... This is the place ;-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Fonctionnel, confortable et calme, il est idéalement placé, proche du port, des commerces, des plages, tout peut se faire à pieds.
Et le garage est un plus indéniable.
Le tout avec un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui connaissent bien la région et nous ont conseillé sur les balades et visites à faire.
