We were greeted at the door as promised, and Fulvio explained to us all that we needed to know about the appartment very nicely - even gave advice for a nice breakfast place nearby. We parked our car at our own parking spot in the closed parking area, which has a tight entrance, but our c4 7seater had enough room. Our family could comfortably have their own space, with two kids in one room, another in the living room, and the parents in the master bedroom. The kitchen table was ready to seat all five of us comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate for the family. And most importantly: the calm. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood and it was a very nice place to get home after a busy day of sightseeing. Peace and quiet.
The parquet is very nice, but quiet squeeky.

La casa di Fulvio è veramente ospitale, pulita, accessoriata di tutto. Noi eravamo in due l'abbiamo presa per andare ad un concerto ed è vicinissimo allo stadio quindi anche fattibile farla a piedi. Fulvio è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Il parcheggio sotto casa è comodissimo.

Die Größe des Apartments, die Lage, Ruhe.
Die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig bis mangelhaft, Die Schlüsselübergabe fand erst, nach Urgenz meinerseits, am späten Nachmittag statt, dadurch ist für uns wertvolle Zeit verstrichen (Checkin ist hier normaler Weise zwischen 18:00 und 20:00h). Das Apartment war bei Ankunft nicht gesäubert (...der Vermieter hat sich dafür allerdings entschuldigt). Erst am folgenden Tag gab es dann Toilettenpapier, frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und die Räumlichkeiten wurden dann auch verspätet gesäubert. Sehr ärgerlich: Der in der Beschreibung angepriesene eigene Parkplatz vor Ort war stets von anderen Fahrzeugen verstellt und nie für uns verfügbar - und das in einer Gegend, in der es so gut wie unmöglich scheint einen Straßenparkplatz zu finden.
