About this cottage rental
The cottage is a three double bedroom detached house with a swimming pool and a lovely and varied garden.
It is situated in Vela Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad, on the island of Hvar.
The exterior of the property consists of a terrace, a courtyard with outdoor seating, a pool with the a deck, a large garden and outside fire place / bbq. The interior of the house consists of a kitchen with dining area and living room, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. An exterior staircase leads up on first floor where there are two bedrooms and a toilet.
Sustainability is our goal, and we have a water tank for collecting rain water, which is used for watering the garden. There is a bio-waste collector in the garden for compost production.
The property is perfect for those who seek to be connected with nature and to fully absorb the energy of plants, and the sun and stars. It's been soul rejuvenating for many who have stayed with us.
If you are looking for an active holiday or just want to have fun, the area offers plenty of possibilities to hike, bike, dive, swim, kayak, trek, run and the like. You can easily get one of the many excursions available on Hvar as well.
The size of the pool is 6.3m x 4.5m, and it is tiled with Sukabumi stone.
There is air-conditioning in all indoor spaces.
The ground floor of the house, which includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom, was thoroughly renovated in 2026.
I'm a charming house on a lovely Hvar island. I don't want to bore you with the technical information of my essence, though I can assure you I'm quite solid and no storm or tsunami will do me harm. I love nature, I cherish many wonderful plants and trees in my surroundings. I'm equipped with all kind of things and devices to make your stay more pleasant. I'm environmentally aware, I have corner to compost biological waste and I encourage my friends to care. I offer protection of the sun and I'll do my best to make my tenants feel good.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Croatia. The home is stunning – well-equipped and perfect for a family. The gardens are lovely, and the pool was a real highlight, especially for our three daughters who had an amazing time.Zarko, who lives nearby, was incredibly helpful and friendly, on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive.Everything we needed was provided, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – highly recommended!

Great host, nothing is too much trouble. Zarko lives next door but essentially leaves you in peace, so you have best of both worlds - help if you need any along with privacy
