"Location was absolutely perfect. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tubs. Beds were really comfortable. "

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Stay was wonderful. Clean and easy to find anything we needed. Very close to main street for shopping and eating. Neighbors were quiet and we had a great experience overall.

This unit was comfortable and the best stocked as far as kitchen needs are concerned that I've ever experienced in a rental. The proximity to stores and restaurants on foot was fantastic. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

The place was dark. Hardly any windows. Not a very good deck. I am an outside person so we stayed away much of day and evening.
