Comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen right across the road from the Rhein. Good strong shower

Confusion on check in. We followed instructions and let ourselves in using the key safe. Later we were told this was wrong and we should have been in the apartment upstairs. No way we could know that from the instructions. We stayed where we were and family that moved in upstairs were happy. Apartment was not ready to receive us. Fridge turned off and even the dishwasher water was turned off (hard to turn it on, tap at the back of kitchen drawers). Watch out for multiple level changes (trip hazards) that aren't marked. Refrigerator in a different room than the kitchen required going back and forth between rooms, really silly when there was plenty of room for it in the kitchen. Despite this, very well equipped and comfortable

Es ist eine sehr schöne neu eingerichtete Unterkunft. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Und auch sehr geräumig vom Gefühl her würde ich sagen hat man sogar noch mehr Quadratmeter wie angegeben. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse ,man kann sich sogar im Garten setzen . Es gibt da in der Umgebung sehr viel sehenswertes . Highlight war die Rheinschleife und noch unheimlich viele andere Sachen, das deutsche Eck zum Beispiel .

Was hat mir nicht gefallen? Schwierig, wenn man jammern will, war die Spiegel nicht perfekt geputzt. An der Dusche am Fenster müsste ein Vorhang sein, weil man sonst direkt auf die Straße runter schauen kann von der Dusche aus aber wenn man das Wasser vorher anmacht, schlägt die Scheibe gleich und dann wird nicht mehr gesehen. Der Fernseher könnte noch eine Internet Zugang haben.

Good location.. Ideal for the river cruises... Good value for money...

The kitchen taps were loose.. No Freezer... No Iron and Ironing board.. Key collection at Hotel is some distance from the property.. If on foot too far to walk...
