Welcome to our new cottage: "THE P'TIT ZEF" planned for the reception of 2/4 people !!!!
We will be very happy to welcome you in our cottage comfortable, ideal for stays for two or with family. Relaxation and change of scenery guaranteed!
Come and OXYGENEZ in Brittany: the cottage is located 7 kms from the sea, in a pretty village where you will find all amenities (baker, bar-tobacco, ...), supermarkets are 3 kms.
Tennis court and children playground in the immediate vicinity.
The house includes:
** In the DRC: a beautiful living room very bright, pleasant and functional with EQUIPPED KITCHEN (dishwasher / hob / oven / microwave / mini freezer / ...) and LIVING ROOM with sofa RAPIDO (BULTEX mattress 15 cm ) .tv flat screen.
A toilet.
**Upstairs :
1 BEDROOM with a bed 140 (mattress thickness 25 cm). Flat screen TV. Large dressing room.
A BATHROOM equipped with a large shower. 2nd toilet.(washing machine)
GREAT COMFORT AND PRACTICALITY GUARANTEED!
You will find outside the cottage:
* A TERRACE with garden furniture for 4, barbecue and a small field FULLY FENCED out of sight.(The lawn has just been made)
PRIVATE PARKING FOR a vehicle.
QUIET AND RELAXATION ASSURES !!!! The accommodation is located in the center of PLUDUNO but QUIET at the end of a dead end.
CLOSE TO beautiful sandy beaches and must-see tourist sites: SAINT CAST LE GUILDO, DINAN, SAINT JACUT OF THE SEA, ERQUY, PLENEUF VAL ANDRE, CAP FREHEL, DINARD, SAINT-MALO.
MULTIPLE POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES: fishing, hiking, water sports (sailing school in Saint Cast Le Guildo or canoeing in Plancoet), swimming pool with slides at Jugon lakes, fest-noz, tree climbing at Saint Cast le Guildo, Casino, excursions in sea, golf and night club ... (documentation and programs of activities available)
** The small PLUS that can simplify your holidays: **
- UNLIMITED broadband INTERNET access.
- YOUNG CHILD EQUIPMENT is available FREE: baby bed, recliner, scalable high chair, bath and changing mat, stroller, etc ...
- ANIMALS can be admitted on request and WITHOUT SUPPLEMENT.
-We offer several OPTIONS NOT OBLIGATORY: cleaning (45 euros), beds made on arrival (10 € / bed), towels and kitchen (8 € / person).

The property was clean modern had everything we needed .The location was good we explored lots of different places all within easy reach .3 supermarkets just down the road very convenient!We had a wonderful week there with our dog she loved it would highly recommend and hope to return some day

Le logement est neuf et très bien agencé. Les armoires de cuisine débordent de verres, tasses, assiettes, couverts, casseroles etc. Nous sommes au calme, au bout d une impasse dans un nouveau lotissement. A +/- 10 kms de plusieurs plages (Saint Jacut de la mer, Saint Cast de Guildo) à une vingtaine de kms ou un peu plus de sites à visiter absolument (Cap Frehel, Erquy, Saint Malo, le Mont Saint Michel et le plus sublime pour moi : Dinan❤). Sandrine et sa famille habitent juste à côté de la location mais en toute discrétion. Elle est accueillante et sympathique. Notre séjour fût idyllique en tout point, présence du soleil compris. Merci pour tout Sandrine.
