The apartment is located on the second floor of an historical building, situated on the croosroad of the two ways That leads to the main road of Castelletto di Brenzone. Three-minute walk of the lake.
It consists of an open equipped kitchen (breakfast appliances, d / w, oven) with a bright living and dining area. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and modern bathroom with a shower. A 45m2 plus indoor area and a balcony overlooking Lake Garda 40m2 terrace (exclusive use). Above of a garden of olive trees. A / C, C / H and a wood stove. I know it can be inhabited all year round.

Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, in der wir bisher waren. Perfekt eingerichtet, wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Ruhige Umgebung, nicht überlaufen, aber Restaurants und Supermärkte wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Parkplatz ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, der Weg dorthin ist steil und schmal, wie meistens in Italien.

Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock mit viel Platz und Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Ruhig und trotzdem nah an einem kleinen Platz mit 2 Restaurants und auch nicht weit bis an die Uferpromenade.
Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus und sind sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ankunft verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden unten abgeholt und zu dem oben im Ort liegenden Parkplatz gelotst. Der Weg dorthin ist ein wenig eng, was in Italien aber zu erwarten ist. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 3 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen sehr schönen Gasse. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und bietet aufgrund der Ausrichtung lange Schattenplätze, um einen gemütlichen Vormittag/Mittag darauf zu verbringen.
Zum See und den dort liegenden Restaurants ist man innerhalb wenigen Minuten gelaufen.
Adriana, die Gastgeberin, ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war Sie immer sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung und in Casteletto und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage. Super nette Vermieter.
Die Anreise sollte besser nur mit kleinem Auto erfolgen, da die Parkmöglichkeit eingeschränkt ist.
