I have chosen the property because I was working for Hilton for a long time and was expecting certain service level. We arrived at the property after 18 hours flight.
The receptionist was nice and welcoming but wasn’t proactive and communicative towards us. We just got the room which was at 2nd floor. Room located near the elevator and also right on the noisy and loud street. We were not able to sleep the whole night because of elevator and people and loud outside. Of course you may close the window but in that case you have to sleep under aircon.
We were also surprised that there is no even 1 water bottle at the room. If you are thirsty at night you have to buy it.
We were also surprised regarding cleaning rules - starting from day 2. We were sleeping 2 nights only and even no towels changed 😕
Breakfast time is really busy and no space to sit. People were eating in the co-working space 😕
