The email advising access details was 100% accurate. Process to gain entry both to the luggage storage room and the actual apartment was extremely easy. The apartment was lovely with all amenities needed for a perfect stay. It was very clean and comfortable.
The room was very warm but this is because there were unusually high temperatures in Glasgow.
The windows did not open however a fan was provided as well as instructions for managing the heating control.

Great location in Central Glasgow near the train station, metro, shops and places to eat.
It was a little noisy with traffic sounds (not very soundproof if you’re a light sleeper). There was no lift so if you have heavy bags it’s not ideal. We stayed on the 3rd floor so had to carry suitcases up 3 narrow floors).

Clean, centrally located
Dripping kitchen tap (which is part of open plan area you sleep in). Have informed the property. I couldn’t close the outside sash window. Secondary glazing means it’s not an open window but it results in more noise from outside and at a colder time of year would be a issue

The location was great. Steps from the Buchanan subway station and Queens train station. The room was large. The washer/dryer combo was very useful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
The bathroom lights are motion activated which is fine. However, they take 15 minutes to turn off.
