Perfect location for what we had planned for our 2 days at Beamish Museum. From the caravan park the museum was about a mile down the road. The park itself was nice and quiet. The staff in reception/shop were lovely and helpful. We didnt go into the Clubhouse so we can't comment on that. The grounds of the site looked well maintained and clean.
Our caravan was clean and comfortable and ideal for our 2 night break.

Great location near Beamish and convenient for visiting my daughter who lives nearby. We hired a static which had decent heating and had all we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Quiet park with helpful friendly staff.
Wifi….. needed to stay connected and paid £9 for 3 days wifi but the signal was almost non existent. Kept dropping out and it was a pain to reconnect, missed a couple of calls whilst there. 5G slightly down the hill more or less as soon as you drive out.
No shop to speak of, we ran out of milk one morning and were surprised there was none on site.

Mobile home was thick with dust, not enough coat hangers, leaking sink, no oven instructions , no shower mat
