La Collina degli Ulivi is a welcoming structure typical of rural areas of the past century. The apartments have been renovated and furnished respecting the rural style of the typical period of the farms in the area. Il Casolare is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy. Surrounded by a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery, La Collina degli Ulivi is ideal for relaxing and visiting the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi; for children it is recommended to visit the theme park Città della Domenica in Perugia and the Tavernelle Aquatic Park.

Cotoneaster is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and fireplace.
Meals are not provided, the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is made available. Bed linen, bathroom, and hair dryer provided. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er schaut täglich an dem Anwesen vorbei. Das Ferienhaus hat sieben verschieden große Ferienwohnungen. Wir (mein Enkel, seine Mutter und ich) hatten die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Doppelbett mit festen Matratzen und einem Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Küche. Die Wohnung und das Anwesen entspricht der Beschreibung, allerdings wirken die Zimmer und der Pool auf den Bildern größer. Der letzte Kilometer zur Ferienwohnung erfolgt über einen sehr holprigen Schotterweg.
Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig, allerdings gibt es in direkter Nachbarschaft einen Bauernhof mit sechs Hunden, die regelmäßig morgens gegen 7 Uhr anfingen zu bellen. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf etwas nervig.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis. Man kann hier viele schöne Tagesausflüge machen. Fünf Minuten vom Anwesen gibt es in Tavernacce die hervorragende Pizzeria Tabacchi Jazz. Die Pizzen und die Pasta sind ein Gedicht. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren mehrmals dort Essen. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung und die Gegend zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
