Completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with air conditioning since June 2023, it offers an intimate and evocative refuge with spectacular views of the village rooftops and the Ligurian Sea.

The space
The studio is organised on multiple levels, making the most of its unique architecture.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with two single beds under the sloping ceiling and a window overlooking the picturesque streets of Vernazza.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine, microwave and Nespresso machine, opens directly onto the panoramic terrace, recently enhanced with a sun shade. From here, you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the village, Piazza Marconi, the coast towards Monterosso and the Mesco promontory.
In the highest part of the studio is the tower room, with a double bed positioned to offer a direct view of the sea and the bell tower of Santa Margherita: sunrise and sunset become unforgettable moments.
The bathroom, simple and functional, is in harmony with the character of the apartment.

Great location, exactly as advertised. Bright and clean … small but not crowded. Stairs are intense, but no more so than the village itself.

If you are in shape and want a stunning view this place is for you! The steps are no lie and after a full night can be a bit challenging in the heat and humidity to climb. Overall would recommend for the view alone! The shower is one of the smallest I've ever been in and the light switches are bizarrely placed but other than that it is a fantastic location and place to stay!
