With its stunning sea view, LE CALIFORNIA is a 78 m² air-conditioned holiday rental apartment in a beautiful upscale residence with a swimming pool. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people.
Incredible sea view overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Villefranche-sur-Mer and its 16th century Citadel, a historic monument, offer an exceptional and unexpected setting. You will also discover the old town with the Rue du Poilu. The tourist office organises numerous events throughout the year.
On the inside, it consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) each, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and toilet and the other with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.
Magnificent 110 square metre sunny roof terrace with superb panoramic sea view! Equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, you can enjoy your holidays. Access to the terrace via a spiral staircase.
Pets not allowed WIFI Internet Lift Garage for 1 car A security deposit of €800 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

The apartment has a stunning view over the whole bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer including Cap Ferrat. When the sun is shining, the rooftop-terrace is a wonderful place to be.
The apartment specially its bathrooms need a renovation. We missed a hair-dryer.
