Surrounded by lush greenery in a quiet area of Monteneto, this bright ground-floor apartment invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the rhythm of the Adriatic coast.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay: a double bedroom with fresh linen, a cozy living area with a sofa bed (ideal for children or one adult), satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, gas stove, kettle, and coffee maker — ideal for preparing a romantic breakfast or an evening meal. The bathroom offers a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a hairdryer, and soft towels.
Step outside to a spacious shared garden (900 m²) with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and a barbecue area — perfect for dinners under the stars. Private parking is available directly in front of the house.
The sandy beach of Zambratija is one of the most beautiful in the Umag area, ideal for couples and families alike. You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, or relax at the popular Destino Beach Bar, where you can sip cocktails while watching the sunset.
