You can reach the city center in only 3 minutes on foot, the lake in only 5 minutes, whether for swimming in summer or for ice-skating or ice-hiking in the cold season. The public underground car park is also only a few meters away from the apartment.

The apartment looks really like in the pictures. Everything is pretty new. Contact with the landlord was pleasant, both via email and when retrieving the key.
Only downside was the heating / hot water, one day the bopiler was after 3 people showering cold and the heating in the main bedroom was not always warm.
Tip for the landlord, install more hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms to hang clothes and towels, to dry. More clothes hangers in the cupboards and chairs to hang clothes on.
To let your ski clothes air / dry is now too little space.
