About this apartment rental
Beautiful and welcoming apartment, just renovated, very elegant. Quality finishes. It can accommodate four people in comfort. You can enjoy a very large terrace and a splendid view of Fondi. Beautiful penthouse apartment on the 4th floor, completely renovated and finished in May 2015, comprising entrance hall, living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the bedroom. Excellent finishing and modern furniture. Ideal for 4 people. Possibility of adding the fifth bed. Beautiful and very large terrace.

We were greated at fondi stationwho took us to the apartment and then explained how all things inside functioned, great comunication.

The apartment is quite comfortable. The rooms are spacious and light. Although the weather was too cold for us to enjoy, the terrace was inviting and quite large. We cooked in a lot, and the kitchen worked well for us. We cooked a simple tomato sauce for store-bought pasta, we oven-grilled fish, cooked eggs for breakfast, etc.
The apartment was very well situated for us. We were able to walk easily to the train station a mile away to travel to a range of destinations. (The shuttle bus that runs between the train station and town has a stop near the apartment.) The town center is just a ten-minute walk away. And, there are wonderful shops for food nearby, such as a butcher shop/delicatessen across the street, two fish markets within two blocks, a deli with fresh mozzarella and other goodies several blocks away, and a great selection of coffee bars and restaurants.
Daniel was generous in picking us up and dropping us off at the train station and introduced us to some of the shopkeepers.
We could not have been happier with our choice for our month in Fondi.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Balkone und eine sehr große Terasse. Die Terasse ist überdacht und es stehen ein Tisch und Stühle drauf. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge, die direkt hinter der Wohnung sind. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung war es sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist auch gut. Die Berge sind direkt hinter der Wohnung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min am Strand. Dort gibt es dann auch Restaurants und Bars.
Wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte, kann man nach Rom, Neapel oder Pompeii fahren.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sono stata a casa di Daniele con 4 amici. Non siamo Italiani e Daniele e stato molto gentile e paziente con noi. Ci ha aiutato di arrivare e poi partire dalla casa. Ci ha consigliato cosa possiamo fare, come arrivare alla spiaggia e le altre citta. La casa era pui bella e comoda di quello che pansavamo dalle foto. Ci sentivamo bene. Grazie mille :).
We were at the appartment in 4, but actually the house is so big you could fit 6 or even 7 people. We are not italians and were suprised how gentle and helpful Daniele is. He picked us up from the train station and helped us a lot when we were leaving. I don't know what we would do without his advises and help. We enjoyed staying at his lovely house. It's bigger and more comfortable than we thought it would be from the pictures. The area of apartment is really nice. It's close from Sperlonga, Terracina and even Naples. Thank you very much for everything. I'll be happy to recommend renting the appartment to my other friends.
