About this house rental
One of a four house complex situated on the third leg of Chalkidiki, near Ouranoupolis and the Agion Oros. Right in front of the sea, with a beachfront perfect for relaxation. A one double bed bedroom living room with two build-in couches and a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom house, air conditioning, with a big veranda and a side and back porch, private yard and parking. Right beside there is a boat rental, should you wish to visit the narby Drenia or Ammouliani islands.

Wir waren mit der Familie ganze 15 Tage im Paradis. Der Strand liegt tatsächlich direkt am Haus. Wir hatten den Strand meist für uns alleine. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Der Blick von der überdachten Terrasse ist ein Traum. Das Wasser war ruhig und warm, sodass unsere Kinder stundenlang im Wasser schnorcheln konnten. Ein Bootsverleih ist ebenfalls fast direkt am Strand. Die selbst gefangenen Makrelen haben wir mit dem sehr netten Vermieter zusammen gegrillt und verspeist. Ein Geheimtipp für alle die genau so etwas suchen!

The location was superb with 30m to a private beach. We enjoyed the weather and water. 5 min drive to Ouranoupoli for evening dinner

A very nice and peaceful place right next to the sea. Andreas was very helpful and was responding quickly to all our answers. Enough space for four persons. Best time was in the late afternoon: Sun setting slowly over the sea, golden light, Barbecue in the garden, ten meters away from the sea...We were there in mid-October - and it was still 23-25 decrees celcius, water warm enough to swim...

Wir waren eine Woche in der schön gelegenen Wohnung, haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, uns über die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer sehr gefreut.
Äußerst angenehmes Objekt in traumhafter Lage, ruhig und doch zentral für Ausflüge aller Art. Einfach perfekt! Wir danken für die super Beherbergung und die schöne Zeit. Ein Platz um von dem Arbeitsstress runter zu kommen. Perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand. Ruhe pur!
Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, alles Wichtige ist aber vorhanden. Wer Wert auf großen Komfort legt ist hier nicht richtig aufgehoben. Für uns war es jedoch genau das richtige. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer, zum Strand sind es 20 Meter durch den Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht, alle Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Ausflüge kann man bequem mit dem Auto unternehmen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
