The apartment has large and bright rooms, terraces and windows overlooking the private garden, for your relaxing and peaceful stay. Ideal for families, couples and groups of friends, max 6 people, 5 minutes walk from the center and 200 meters from the train station to reach Venice in 25 minutes, with trains every twenty minutes. The renovated and newly furnished accommodation, on the first floor of an elegant building of only two units surrounded by greenery, consists of a large sitting area with flat screen television, sofa and armchairs, dining area with table and six chairs, large living terrace equipped with chairs and table, kitchen with balcony complete with cooking area, refrigerator, dishes, tableware, iron, washing machine, two large bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds, complete with linen, a bathroom complete with accessories, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper. Central heating and air conditioning. Entrance, parking, storage for bicycles and motorbikes on the property.

Abbiamo affittato per una settimana questo alloggio (primo piano) di 100 mq. in una in una palazzina di due piani a sud della stazione centrale, su di una parallela di via san Zeno (zona tranquilla, semiresidenziale), a pochi minuti dal Terraglio, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È un bijou moderno e confortevole, funzionale, con ottime disposizioni interne. Lo compongono un soggiorno molto ampio formato da una zona pranzo (piuttosto capiente, il tavolo artigianale) e una zona TV, con sofà e poltrona; due grandi camere matrimoniali con parquet, di cui una a sua volta con TV; un cucinino ben accessoriato, con elettrodomestici nuovi, compreso un forno a microonde; un bagno con vasca e doccia. L’appartamento dispone inoltre di un condizionatore nel lungo corridoio e di due balconcini, senza contare il posto auto privato. Alle pareti, molti quadri dipinti con gusto e talento dal locatario, un architetto, che con la moglie Daniela forma una simpaticissima coppia.
Si aggiunga che i proprietari sono prodighi di consigli e disponibili per ogni genere di suggerimento, tanto che fin dall’inizio si è instaurato fra noi un ottimo rapporto empatico; siamo stati messi a nostro completo agio. Il tutto ci ha portato a considerare ancor più positivamente la scelta di trascorrere qualche giorno in una città che già in sé brilla per la cucina, il cabernet e il grandioso tiramisù.
