About this apartment rental
The Luca apartment is located in the historic center and overlooks Piazza Carducci, enjoys a beautiful view of the lake, you can admire romantic sunsets; it is near the Scaligero Castle (50mt), Terme di Sirmione (500mt), Grotte di Catullo (800mt). Furnished with attention to detail and is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make you feel at "CASA", very spacious (100m2) and bright, with two panoramic terraces.
The accommodation is a second floor apartment of 100 m2 consisting of four rooms, a bathroom and two terraces overlooking the lake and Piazza Carducci. The master bedroom is romantically decorated with new and comfortable mattress and pillows. The second bedroom, always in romantic style, is very spacious and can accommodate 4 people, with a possible cot for babies (infants). The living room is illuminated by a large window facing the western shore of the lake, with its docking jetty; It is equipped with a flat screen LED TV, a sofa, a rocking chair and a side table and a bookcase. The kitchen is equipped with all useful appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine and with sockets for the current comfort. Kitchen and living room are an openspace. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine. All rooms have windows or French windows so Casa Luca is VERY bright and airy.

This was an amazing apartment. It was overlooking the beautiful town square. It was walking distance to all of that Sirmione had to offer. The beds were comfortable and the living space was very comfortable with a place for everyone to sit. Luca quickly responded to questions and left snacks for our stay.

Luca was an awesome host. If you want to be in the heart of it ALL, Casa Luca, is the place to be. Incredible shops, awesome people, exquisite food, just absolutely outstanding!! Loved every single minute of life in Casa Luca!

We had a great experience at this rental. Check in was thoroughly explained and for the most part easy (we had a little confusion actually getting there but figured it out). Decorations are a bit quirky and it seems the owner may actually live and/or run a side business having to do with military figurines out of the property.
The photos of your views do not do it justice. I enjoyed hanging out the window with a cup of coffee in the morning. or glass of wine in the evening and watching the people and ferries come in and out. This spot is in the middle of it all.
Very convenient to all the Old Town has to offer! Would definitely recommend this space!

We had a great stay in a great apartment. Casa Luca is perfectly, perfectly situated right in the middle of Sirmione, a short distance from the ferry pier & all the attractions. Our host Luca was fantastic and answered any questions quickly & helpfully. I could not fault anything about it.
