About this villa rental
Elegant and comfortable recently built property, designed with good taste and attention to detail. The main entrance opens onto the living room divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with the presence of a beautiful fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two elegant double bedrooms, a bedroom with double beds, a study with sofa bed and three bathrooms, two of which are in the bedroom and a main one with a large whirlpool bath and a beautiful hydromassage shower.
The villa also has a large, fully illuminated outdoor area where you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool, from which you can admire the wonderful panorama of the Sibillini mountains.

A lovely property to explore Marche from. This is our 8th year visiting the region and one of our favourite properties. Dario and Sonia could not have been more helpful and charming. We experienced a heatwave while we were staying and they had no problem at all dashing round with fans for the bedrooms. They also left the most magnificent welcome platters of local produce we’ve ever had! Highly recommended. We hope to return!

Very nice property that looked like the pictures. Unfortunately we visited when the temp was 37 degrees so very warm in the nights. Great hosts to help and give good reccomendations to the area. The house was fully equiped with everything you needed for your stay.

We read an article in the Denver post 20 years ago about Le Marche. It took us 20 years to make it happen. We stayed for three weeks and had an amazing time. Dario and his family where great with recommendations for restaurants, shopping , local festivals. The area is rich with history and the architecture is beautiful.

We had a fantasic week in this beautiul part of Italy and in this great house. Without any reservation, we can recommend this house to everyone who likes to pay a visit to Le Marche. In fact the house is situated in one of the most interesting areas of Le Marche with many mediëval towns within 30-45 minutes reach (towns like Monte St Martino, Ascoli Piceno, Amandola, etc). The view from the house is quite spectacular with green hills all around you and the mountain-range right opposite.
The house itself is modern, very well equipped, very comfortable in every respect and has enough space around it. It is quiet, but thanks to the little borough it is next to, you don't feel too remote from the world. The pool is sufficiently large, the water clean and so was the house when we arrived.
In addition to all this, the owner is just so friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was full of local cheeses, hams and drinks and on the table we found all kind of cakes and bread and later in the week Dario brought us another gateau. Dario and his daughter Sonia and her cousin have been so forthcoming during the booking and confirming stage/at arrival and in case of problems they immediately solved it. Top class!
We hope to be back one day! Again we highly recommend this house to all visitors of Le Marche!
