About this apartment rental
In a traditional chalet in the heart of the village, we offer you this beautiful 84 m² ground-floor apartment with secure access. You'll love its geographical location, allowing you to choose the ski area (Morzine or Avoriaz) to suit your needs, a bakery less than 100 m away for hot croissants in the morning, and the spacious living area. It comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace and garden ideally exposed to the SO. A family bedroom comprising 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90x190) with its own bathroom (shower) plus WC.
A second bedroom with 2 beds (90x190) and a third bedroom with 2 x bunk beds (90x200) and1 single bed (90x190). A bathroom (with large walk-in shower and double washbasin) and separate WC.
There are 2 outdoor parking spaces, a ski locker and a laundry room with washing machine. The apartment is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.
A deposit of €1,000 will be requested 15 days before the start of your stay via a secure link. This sum is neither debited nor blocked and is released automatically.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment; it's clean, modern and well appointed. Very good bathrooms. Good ski storage.
We were a party of seven adults, for whom the sleeping arrangements worked out just fine. The apartment sleeps 10, but in just 3 bedrooms, so it would probably best suit two large families. Highly recommended.

Just back from a wonderful stay here. The chalet was modern clean and very well equipped but best of all was the location. Just a short walk from the Super Morzine lift. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Highly recommend for your stay in Morzine.
