This beautifully re-furbished cottage is just moments from the beach at Marazion and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Ebenezer Cottage is a beautifully re-furbished, white-washed cottage just moments from the beach at Marazion. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin (which can be presented as a king on request) and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen, plus a utility room and WC. Outside is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture plus parking for one car. Located just moments from Marazion beach and the towns numerous pubs and shops, Ebenezer Cottage offers a wonderful base from which to explore fantastic west Cornwall at any time of the year. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £20.00 each per week (by arrangement with owner).
Amenities: Under floor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, TV with Freeview & BT TV, DVD, iPod dock, Bluetooth speaker. Dog bed and dog bowl. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car approx. 20m from the cottage. Enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £20.00 each per week (by arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Side entrance to the property has 3 wide steps leading down with handrails.
