A south facing spacious apartment with sea views to the front, mountain views to the rear and the distant sounds of the wild animals from the local Selwo Adventura Park! Such views only come with hills! The property has secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment. It is well equipped and there are also a number of the principal UK TV channels. The urbanisation is very clean, well maintained and includes two good sized swimming pools. A great location for visiting Estepona, San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella. Very responsive owner always available.

The property is exactly like the photos. The befrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. 2 bathrooms that are tastefully decorated and soap was provided.
Kitchen was well equipped and people had left a selection of spices and filter papers for the coffee machine.
The 2 pools were lovely and warm , sunloungers and sunshades were easily available for everyone.
Charcoal BBQ on the large balcony with a sofa and chairs.
James communicated with us easily ,we did have a problem with the communication with the property managers email but whatapp message worked well.
There is a lidl 10 mins away and Estepona is approx 15 mins depending on traffic.
A big carrefour is also in Estepona.
We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing

Had a great two weeks holiday spent here in September. Kids loved the Safari park which the apartment over looks and my partner enjoyed the onsite golf course and facilitates. The complex gardens and pools where so peaceful id spend all day reading a book with a well deserved glass of vino. I hope we can make it back again this year. Note i would recommend a car.Regards,Polly
